The Hyderabad traffic police released advice before 72. Miss World 2025 Heritage Walk in Charminar and dinner at the Chowmahalla Palace 13. The wagon movement will be limited from 14:00 to 23:00 in several sections in the Old Town, with large diversion.
The road from Madin to Charminar, Charminar to Shalibanda, Shaliband to Volga Junction and Volga Junction to Moosabowli via Khilwat Road will be closed for all vehicles during this period.
Operation from Nayapool to Charminar will be diverted in Madina towards City College. Shaliband and Nagulchinth vehicles heading towards Charminar will be diverted to Himmatpura towards Haribowli and Fateh Darwaza. The operation of Volga Junction will be redirected on the basis of the flow direction, without accessing Chowmahall.
The commuting from the Puranapool will be diverted in the Moosabowli, while those approaching from Chowk Maidan, Etebar Chowk, Mitti Ka Sher and Lakkad Kote will also be redirected through alternative stripes. These restrictions will also apply to RTC buses, with certain routes shortened or diverted through Chanchhalguda, Saidabad and Aramghar.
The police warned against the probable transport overload at the main intersections, including MJ Bridge, Nayapool, Madina X Road, Shaliband and Laldarwaza. Citizens are advised to plan travel and use alternative routes.
