Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Severage Board (HMWS & SB), from its CEO to higher officials and local errors, on Tuesday, plunged into action to identify consumers who resorted to illegal water drawing using engines.
As part of the campaign on Tuesday, the Board of Directors, together with their alert teams, confiscated 64 engines and penalized 84 consumers for attaching engines to the household pipeline to attract more water at high pressure. A maximum of 25 engines were confiscated and consumers were penalized in the SR Nagar division.

Mr. Reddy also added that anyone suspects that he has a matter in his colony can dial 155313 for immediate solutions.
