Hyderabad Traffic Police launched its new website (echallan.tspolice.gov.in/htp/index.html) on Tuesday (October 13, 2026). Apart from checking e-challan status and information about various NOCs, people can file complaints about traffic congestion, parking issues, road safety and more or give suggestions. A link to connect with the traffic police via WhatsApp will also be displayed.

Information about the relevant traffic police station by location is available under the ‘Know your PS’ option. The contact details of the police officers concerned are listed on these pages.
Parking zones in Hyderabad
The list of parking zones within Greater Hyderabad limits is also available on the new website. In addition to the name of the parking spaces, the online location is also provided. The spots are displayed as per traffic police station limits in Khairatabad, Secunderabad, Jubilee Hills, Golconda, Rajendranagar, Charminar, Chadrayangutta and Shamshabad zones.

Civil complaint
After clicking on ‘Citizen Complaint’ option, the user’s email ID will be fetched and a ‘not shared’ message will be displayed below it. However, this is not marked with an asterisk – which is used for a “required question”. Entering name and mobile number is optional. After selecting a complaint type, people have to provide a location — they are marked with an asterisk and a description of the complaint.
