
Hyderabad’s residential property market witnessed a recovery in February 2026, with property registrations picking up again after a dip in the previous month, according to a Knight Frank India report. A total of 6,179 residential properties were registered during the month, representing a 3% year-on-year increase and a 32% increase compared to January 2026.
In value terms, registered properties were worth ₹4,139 crore, reflecting a 5% year-on-year increase and a 42% month-on-month jump. The growth indicates continued traction in higher-value housing transactions, with homes priced above ₹1 crore accounting for 18% of total registrations.
