The Hyderabad Hari Chandana Dasari District Collector spoke on Tuesday at the Committee for the Registration of the Office at the district level.
Hyderabad Hari Chandana Dasari collector ordered the healthcare department officials to carry out hospitals, where he practices the quacks without proper qualifications.
It ordered that these practices be thoroughly investigated and legal steps wherever necessary.
The collector spoke on Tuesday at the meeting of the Committee on the Registration Office at the district level and stated that there was a special drive to intervene unregistered clinics operating at night without permission.
“Such violations threaten the patient’s safety and must be solved firmly,” she said.
The collector also stressed that all permits for the operation of healthcare facilities must strictly observe the provisions of the Act on Clinical Facilities (Registration and Regulation) of 2010 and its modified rules of 2022.
The collector also asked police officials to verify inspection lists and focus on the qualification of medical staff and any existing complaints or criminal cases associated with hospitals or experts.
