Telangana Housing Board will start sending allotment letters to beneficiaries of affordable flats in Government Indiramma Housing Towers Hyderabad (CURE) from Monday (September 21, 2026). The letters will be sent to their registered mobile number and WhatsApp account. In addition, the document will be made available on the Housing Board website (also according to a press release issued on Sunday.

The government selected the recipients of 7,340 apartments in 16 representative constituencies by lottery, as well as people from waiting lists. A field inspection was conducted to verify the eligibility criteria of the beneficiaries.

2.85 acres behind Malkam Cheruvu

The next key event will take place on Monday (September 21, 2026); Housing and Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy will lay the foundation stone for the construction of residential towers in Raidurg, Serilingampally constituency. ₹ 5,000 CZK subsidy per apartment, ₹ 6,000,000 beneficiary contribution

Each of the apartments would have a plinth area of ​​528 sft and a carpet area of ​​480 sft. While the government provides a subsidy of CZK 5,000, each of the beneficiaries should contribute CZK 6,000,000 in four installments. The cost of the land will be borne by the government. Earlier, officials said the allotment letters will contain details of installments, account for transfer of amount and other details.

Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC) recently sold land in Raidurg at record prices. While 5.25 acres were sold at ₹ 264 per acre, 5.38 acres were sold at ₹ 269 crore per acre in August this year. Citing the prices as indicative market standards, the Council said the 2.85-acre plot to be used for the Indiramma residential tower in Raidurg would be valued between ₹752 million and ₹767 million. A flat in the locality costs around ₹50 lakh.

Vice-Chairman VP Gautham invited the beneficiaries home in Serilingampally to attend the foundation stone laying ceremony.
