Transformation shifts are on cards in access to the development of cities in Telangana, while the Metropolitan Development Office Hyderabad is issued to introduce planning the development of local areas (LADP) associated with a comprehensive policy of association for better urban planning.
Metropolitan Commissioner Sarfaraz Ahmed on Saturday in a long interaction, said both politicians are focused on solving chronic problems such as land unavailability for organized open spaces, public services, social infrastructure and cheap housing.
Ladp, which exists in several other countries, has not been accepted in Telangana due to the availability of huge tracts of open soil in Hyderabad and its surroundings. Includes HMDA in micro -level planning, instead of limiting the design of the main plans.
“As part of the main plan, the plan is divided into one to 1.2 square kilometer grids and roads and other facilities are planned around each grid. Planning of each grid consisting of 250 to 300 acres of land has not yet cared for several order, leading to more organized development.”
It will also help planners to allocate premises for public services, parks, schools and hospitals, in addition to providing pedestrian infrastructure.
The legal regulations for land -use planning have provisions for LADP, but have so far been neglected in the undivided Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Main Minister A. Revanth Reddy stated in principle the approval of the proposal provided by the Office for the Development of the Cities of the Nod for the Appointment of the Consultant.
The policy of associating land, which is in the design phase, involves enforcement instead of an existing approach based on consent. It is modeled after politics adopted by the Office for the Development of the City City (CRDA) Andhra Pradesh and requires some changes in terms of the restoration of allocated land instead of developed land.
Mr. Ahmed shared that three to four offers were sorted in June for LADP, mapping of the core city region of TELANGANA, reorganization of HMDA based on other similarly large UDAs in terms of structures and processes and restructuring of all processes to fit into the new system.
Mr. AHMED ALSO DWELT UPON The Reasons for Delay in Launching of Works for Variase Projects Including the Elevated Corridors on National Highway 44 and On the State Highway 1 General of Civil Aviation and Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, and Simulation Study to Be Done by Iit Hyderabad for One of the Two Under Tunnels, and Procedure to Be Followed in Property Acquisition.
“We are also using the provisions on relief and rehabilitation of the land acquisition Act to exclude future complications and court cases,” Ahmed said, adding that work could be established in the first week of August.
When he talked about the radial road connecting the outer circular road with a regional road road, he said that the project had encountered legal Wrangles, and due to the orders issued at the Supreme Court, the price was not opened that stopped tenders.
