On Tuesday, the chairman of Hutti Gold Mines Company Limited JT was supervised by the preparations for a program in which the main Minister Siddaramaiah launches the foundation stone for the construction of residential areas for employees of the company 6.
He also chaired a preliminary meeting with the officers of the departments concerned.
He said that 20,000 people are expected to participate in the program. The necessary measures must be introduced for the dignitaries and the election of representatives participating in the program. Provide the right equipment, including transport, food, sitting, as well as adequate program security, he told officers.
Officers should take the necessary measures for people coming to submit their applications for the main minister, Patil said.
Mla Manapp Vajjal ordered officers to follow the instructions according to the protocol.
The Commissioner Nitish K. said that the officers concerned were given liability for the proper organization of the program.
MLA Sharanagouda Bayyapur, a former MLA DS Hulageri, CEO of R. Shilpa, police superintendent G. Puttamadaiah, assistant Commissioner Basavanneppa Kalashetta and others were present.
