Indicating that Hyderabad offers the best quality of rural life, she said that she has been living in the city for the past 9 years. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Komal Jha gave an insight into her substantial monthly budget, which includes ₹50,000/- for rent and ₹30,000 for her children’s education. Komal Jha was appointed to the role of Deloitte manager in 2023. Before that, she worked as a senior consultant for almost four years. She retired from OHUM Healthcare Solutions in 2016 after three years of service as a Senior Functional Consultant in the IT hub of India — Bengaluru.
She spent almost 2 years in Pune where she worked as a functional consultant from 2013 to 2015, according to her LinkedIn profile. She briefly worked as an administrative intern at Fortis Escort Heart Institute in Delhi in 2013. In 2013, she completed her research in Healthcare Management at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
