Hours before the vote of Netanyah said, “There will be no Palestinian state.” He spoke of signing an agreement on the extension of settlements, which will divide the West Bank on which the Palestinians last, must be part of their state and said, “This place belongs to us.”
The unwavering support of the Israeli government of US President Donald Trump, which became more and more ignored by international standards after Hamas 7 October 2023, an attack, raised concerns about the Gulf.
The UN statement assumes a Palestinian authority, which regulates and controls the entire Palestinian territory, with a temporary administrative committee immediately established under its umbrella after a ceasefire in Gaza, and AP reported.

It also supports the deployment of the “temporary international stabilization mission” operating under the auspices of the UN for the protection of Palestinian civilians, promotes the transfer of security to Palestinian authority and provides security guarantees of Palestine and Israel – “including the monitoring of the ceasefire and future peace agreement.”
The statement urges the state to recognize the state of Palestines and to indicate this “necessary and necessary part of the solution of two states”. Without naming Israel, but clearly referring to it, the document says: “Illegal unilateral events represent an existential threat to the realization of the independent State of Palestine.”
