How 37 people declared dead in Karnataka voter rolls?

At least 37 people have reportedly submitted forms seeking deletion of their own names from the electoral rolls of Karnataka on the grounds that they were “dead”. The name of the objector and the name to be deleted were the same, even including their initials, according to an analysis by The Hindu.
