Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a second collection of images from the estate of late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on Friday (Dec. 12).
The photos show Epstein with many important personalities. Images of the estate feature US President Donald Trump, Trump supporter Steve Bannon, former President Bill Clinton, former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, businessman Bill Gates and director Woody Allen.
Photos highlight interactions
One image shows a younger Trump standing with Epstein and talking to a blonde woman. Another shows Bill Clinton posing for a photo with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s girlfriend and co-conspirator.
Previous versions and property details
Earlier this month, Democrats released over 150 photos and videos from Epstein Island. These images showed an outdoor swimming pool, a bedroom, a room with a dentist’s chair and a library with a large table and a blackboard with words such as “power”, “truth”, “music”, “delusion”, “intellectual” and “political”.
Upcoming dates
The latest photo comes as a 30-day deadline approaches for the Justice Department to provide Congress with the files it has on Epstein. On November 19, Trump signed legislation requiring the Justice Department to release those records to Congress.
Grand Jury Records
In a related development, a federal judge in New York granted a Justice Department request to unseal grand jury records in Epstein’s 2019 sex-trafficking case. And another judge ordered the release of grand jury records related to Ghislaine Maxwell.
