
The Minister of Outdoor Affairs with Jaishankar called Armenia-Azerbaijani a peace treaty on Saturday, which in Washington achieved “important success” for dialogue and diplomacy that India defends.
Jaishankar also said in the X post that he was talking to his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan and congratulations for his development.
The agreement aimed at ending a ten-year dispute over the Nagorno-Kabach region was formalized by Azerbaijan President Ilham Alijev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, with US President Donald Trump. On Friday at the Peace Summit in the White House, the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan signed an agreement aimed at ending decades of conflict.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli leaders welcomed the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia on Saturday and praised President Trump for mediation of the agreement

Netanyahu added, “May you all enjoy a new era of reconciliation and shared prosperity.”
President Isaac Herzog tweeted that he was “deeply moved to see the signature of the historic agreement”, added: “Great success President Trump! Thank you for your leadership and passionate commitment to help achieve peace in our world.
