Historian and writer MR Raghava Warrier has been selected for the Kerala Jyothi, the highest civilian award instituted by the Government of Kerala, for his contribution in the field of education.
The state government on Friday evening also announced more Kerala Puraskarams, the highest awards given by the government to eminent personalities who have made extraordinary contributions to various fields of social life.
Farmer PB Aneesh and dancer Rajashree Warrier have been selected for the Kerala Prabha Award for their contribution in agriculture and arts. Sasikumar (Journalism), TKM Trust Chairperson Shahal Hassan Musaliyar (Education), Genrobotics MK co-founder Vimal Govind (Startup), Abhilash Tomy (Sports) and Jilumol Marriot Thomas (for their achievements in various sectors) were selected for the Kerala Shri.
