
Higher secondary school teachers will continue from the office and other obligations that adversely affect academic activities, said the Association of Higher Secondary Teachers (AHSTA).
Higher secondary teachers will not perform any administrative work from September 5th, Ahsta said in Monday’s statement.
The Union said that 35 years after the establishment of higher secondary schools in schools had no administrative staff, Peon or librarians, and their work was performed by teachers, headmasters and laboratory assistants.
With each year, the burden of such work on teachers who taught between 14 and 25 periods and directors who completed classes.
The dismissal of the government to resolve this situation has fallen on deaf ears, forcing the teacher to decide on the boycott of administrative duties.
In the apparent reference to the circles of the department issued in connection with the recent AHSTA matter, that teachers do administrative and office work instead of focusing on teaching students who would appear for public examinations at the end of the academic year.
Posts Clerks, Peons, full -time and librarians were sanctioned at secondary schools and universities, Ahsta emphasized.
