
Professional universities have issued further warnings against closure of universities indefinitely from 13 October, unless the government pays arrears for reimbursement as promised.
Federation of the Association of University Institutions Telangana (Fathi) set a deadline because the government released only 200 Crore out of the 600 GBP Crore promised to release before Dasar and the next 600 Crore before Diwali.
Representatives of Fathi N. Ramesh Babu, Krishna Rao, Ramdass said that the university has not received the fees in the last four years, which at stake at universities and their future at stake. They recalled that from September 15 at September 3rd after interviews with a group of ministers headed by the Deputy Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and the officials postponed their earlier indefinite closure.
They also said that other interviews will only take place with the main minister’s office, because CM Revanth Reddy is the holder of the educational portfolio. Fathi claimed that arrears from the payment of the fee for the melody of 10,000 GBP crore.
