On Monday (April 7), Telangana High Court postponed the hearing of Pils, which tried to stop the State Government attempts to take 400 acres of land adjacent to the University of Hyderabad.
The bench of the reigning chief judge Sujoy Paul and the judiciary Renuka Yara, while postponing hearing about the matter, instructing the Ministry of State Government of Forest, Revenue and Police to file countermeasures by the next date of hearing. Attorney Menaka Guruswama, who appeared for the Forest Department, told the bench that attempts were to stop the government’s infrastructure development project for the IT sector in 400 acres of soil by circulating false images and videos created by artificial intelligence.

She asked the bench to give instructions to the police to start a probe into such a malignant state government. The reigning CJ, who refused to issue any specific orders for the points that the lawyer had raised, tried to know whether she had represented a petitioner or opponent before ordering that the state government wings had the consideration of honorable statements.
The Supreme Court in India has already issued a notice to the State Government that Suo Motu has taken the consciousness of the alleged destruction of trees in the land, resulting in damage to the flora and fauna based on media reports. After ordering the government to immediately stop the compensatory work in the country and the felling of trees, he ordered the top of the main secretary to provide a report explaining whether the rules and laws concerning forest preservation were met.
When the hearing began, the counselor for the Wool Foundation, one of the petitioners saw, reported the bench that the Supreme Court was already confiscated about the matter. The Top Court would listen to this matter on April 16, and therefore the hearing of the bench can be postponed at the end of the month, the attorney said. After taking into account other advice, the bench postponed the matter until April 24.
