Tamil Nadu is an integral part of India and its inheritance should be celebrated not through dividing sentiments, but on Wednesday the Minister for Tourism and Culture based on scientific evidence presented.
He also reiterated that to verify messages presented to archaeologist AmarNatha Ramakrishny, who led two phases of excavations in the Sivagang district, other scientific studies are needed.
In a paper written in Tamil, which concerns the main Minister MK Stalin, Mr. Shekhawat said: “We have no hesitation in publishing any report. In fact, if such research is scientifically proven, we would also be proud to stand with you. But to be accepted by the scientific community.
“That’s why we asked Tamil Nadu’s government instead of rushing to the politicization of the excavation.
