
Jim Irsay, owner of Indianapolis Colts, who earned the success of Peyton Manning to ensure a new stadium and help the team to win the Super Bowl Championship on Wednesday at the age of 65.
Pete Ward, Iray’s long -time right man and team’s main operating officer, announced in his team statement. He said Irsay died peacefully in his sleep.
“Jim’s determination and passion for Indianapolis Colts, besides his generosity, determination to the community and, most importantly, his love for his family was unsurpassed,” Ward said. “Our deepest sympathy goes to his daughters, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt, Kalen Jackson and his whole family when we mourn them.”

“We were deeply sad when we learned about browsing Jim Irsay,” said NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in his statement, as Reuters says. “He was a friend and a man deeply committed himself to his family, play, Colts and Indianapolis Community. He spent his life and career in the National Football League. He started as a teenager as Colts’ Ballboy, learned in every position in the organization before taking over the lead 30 years ago.
In the post for X, BarStol Sports wrote: “Absolute legend. RIP Jim IrSay.”
American football Peyton Manning is a sincere news of browsing Jim Irsay. He said in the post on Instagram: “I’m broken when I heard about Iray’s browsing. He was an incredibly generous and passionate owner and I would always be indebted to give me his start in the NFL. His impact on the players who played for him.”
American Senator Todd Young said: “The passion of them IRSAY for football was overcome only by his kindness and generosity. He will be deeply missing. My condolences to the entire IRSAY FAMILY and COLTS.”
Colts captured their lone Super Bowl under Jim Irsay during the 2006 season and defeated the Chicago Bears 29-17 in Super Bowl Xli. At the end of the 2009 season they returned to the championship game, but fell on New Orleans Saints 31-17 in Super Bowl XLIV, Reuters reported.

During the 38-year-old IRSAY with a franchise between 1984 and 2024, the Colts set up a record in the regular season of 316-294-1 and in the playoffs were 13-16.
With the CEO of Hall of Fame Bill Polian, the coach of Fame Tony Dunga and Quarterback Peton Manning, Irsay played a key role in the transformation of Colts from fighting franchise into a consistent candidate for the championship, AP reported.
In recent years, however, Irsay has faced continuing health problems and has become less publicly active, especially after falling in his house.

On December 8, Carmel, Indiana Police responded to 911 calls from his residence, where he found him breathing, but not responding, with a bluish shade on his skin, according to the police report, as stated by AP.
