Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said on Monday (December 22) that health, education and employment remain the government’s top priorities as it focuses on addressing the everyday concerns of ordinary citizens.
Speaking at the launch of the Vijaya Medical Center medical services, Mr. Vikramarka said the government was moving forward with a clear objective to ensure dignity and well-being for all citizens. Welcoming the decision to set up diagnostic centers in secondary cities and rural areas, the Deputy Chief Minister urged the center to organize free medical camps in rural areas and offer comprehensive diagnostic tests. He assured that the state government would provide all necessary support to these initiatives.
Emphasizing the need to expand quality diagnostic facilities beyond Hyderabad, Mr. Vikramarka said that diagnosis plays a vital role between health and disease and between prevention and treatment. With advanced diagnostic services reaching districts like Warangal, Karimnagar, Khammam and Nizamabad, he said both the financial and mental burden on people will be reduced significantly. He added that distance in healthcare is not only measured in kilometers, but also in anxieties, delays and costs.
