Potential Agreements with India: US President
President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he has “potential” trade agreements with India, South Korea and Japan, trying to transfer his customs policy to trade agreements, Reuters reported.
Trump was asked at the City Hall on the Newsnation network to announce agreements with these three countries. “We have potential shops with them,” he said.
Trump said it was not in a hurry to conclude agreements because the United States reaps the benefits of the tariffs he has imposed according to Reuters.
“I’m in a more hurry than you. We are sitting on the Catbird seat. They want us. We don’t need them,” he said.
