
US President Donald Trump on Thursday blasted democratic representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, tearing her native country, Somalia and questioning her citizenship.
In the paper on X Trump said: “Ilhan Omar’s country of Somalia is plagued by a lack of control of the central government, persistent poverty, hunger, reviving terrorism, piracy, ten years of civil war, corruption and ubiquitous violence.
Wtrump’s remarks about Ilhan Omar came when the House of Representatives tried to condemn her before the comments she made about the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Omar, an immigrant who criticized Kirka’s views on the ownership of weapons and racial relations after George Floyd’s death in 2020, was focused on GoP rep.
Nancy Mace of South Carolina, who claimed that Omar should be deported to Somalia. Omar was born in Somalia and in 2000 he became a US citizen.
