Mr. Ahmad claimed that he had reported higher CRPF officials, including his 72 battalion, about the one that he performed last year. “I presented my marital pictures, an online wedding card, a double UPS in CRPF when I wanted to marry in Pakistan last year. Although my wife arrived from Pakistan this year, I shared a copy of the 72 battalion again. I even informed about my wife.”
He said that the official letter of CRPF also recognizes the intimation “NIKA”. “Nikah is a marriage in our habit,” Mr. Ahmad added.
Jawan CRPF was released because of “hiding” his marriage with Pakistani’s wife Minal Khan and consciously carried her beyond her visa.
“The long -term visa of my wife (LTV), for whom the processes were followed, was sent to the higher authorities of the Ministry for External Affairs. My wife fell in the LTC category. Police and CID verification for LTC were completed,” CRPF Jawan said.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ahmad turned to the court in Jammu. “I hid nothing. I want justice,” he added. Previously, the court granted Mrs. Minal Khan’s repatriation at a time when she was moved to Pandjab to cross the border.
