HDK blames the police chief for leaking sensitive information

Taking exception to the Bengaluru Police Commissioner’s statement on the alleged sting operation, Union Heavy Industries and Steel Minister HD Kumaraswamy said the police commissioner had leaked sensitive information about the ‘sting operation’ investigation and said the Congress government was trying to take revenge on him.

Addressing reporters here on Sunday, the Union Minister said, “The Commissioner of Police is acting like a senior official while giving his statement. Is he the Commissioner of Police? At whose behest is he working? I know what he is doing to protect his post. I will give more details on Monday and tell what is happening within the police government department. I know the direction the investigation into the ‘sting operation’ is trying to protect.”
