Keral’s High Court said on Monday that he despised the applicant for a court accusation against the former MLA, Rajesh, after the Mla allegedly made unfavorable notes against a bench that dealt with university -related cases, in a recent contribution to social media.
The Justice DK Singh, who currently chaired the bench, said that Mr. Rajesh, who is also a member of the Syndicate at the University of Keral, thus degraded his reputation and reputation as a court institution. Mr Rajesh has a case waiting for the High Court for which the judgment was reserved. I’m not the one who can be under pressure, he said.
