On Tuesday, the Andr Pradesh High Court dismissed a preliminary lawsuit filed by MP PV Midhun Reddy in connection with alcohol fraud.
Sit probing alleged fraud in the liqueur policy of the previous YSRCP government named Mr. Midhun Reddy for one of the accused. The deputy turned to a court looking for a preliminary bail and the arguments were heard earlier.
The investigating agency stated that Mr. Midhun Reddy played an important role in the whole fraud and did not cooperate with the investigation. Mr Midhun Reddy, however, claimed that he had no role in fraud.
After hearing both parties, the Court reserved its judgment on Tuesday and issued orders of the dismissal of the action of the deputy.
