
Telangana High Court, who observed that the courts could not be spectators for violations, such as building other floors from the original plans, refused to provide power connection to the Hyderabad building without the owner of the cast.
The justice of Nagesh Bheemapak of HC, which is in writing to seek the TGSPDCL authorities in writing to provide the power supply plus the five -corner building in Himayathnagar, ordered the petitioner to first secure before GHMC.
