The High Court in Kerala expressed concern that the state government submits its affidavit in court on the day of hearing instead of their submission before the date of hearing.
The Court noted that it was recorded in terms of countermeasures filed on Friday, and stated that it was taxation, especially when the materials submitted to the court were lengthy and required closer reading. He warned the state that it would impose costs if it should continue.
The court made observation and considered a few petitions to implement laws beneficial for children. The matter was published for hearing 19 June.
