On Friday, the High Court in Telangana tried to get to know the state government on Friday if she was willing to exhibit a committee to explore the accusation of illegal mutation and theft of Bhodan countries, which stretched on 10 acres of 194 and 195 in the village of Nagaram in the Rangareddy district in Rangareddy district.
Justice K. Lakshman of HC ordered another general advocate of T. Rajnikant Reddy to get instructions in this matter after hearing a written petition submitted by agricultural Vadthy Ramulu, who claimed that his country was sold out by some IAS and IPS leaders. The judge ordered AAG to explain the government’s status by July 28.
The petitioner from the planned tribe claimed that his father’s late Jamala had bought land from his original owner Nawab Mohd. Haji Khan in 1964. He was registered by the Ibrahimpathnam Subregistrary Office. Five acres of this land were overwhelmed by Maleshwaam Sro in 2019, according to a written petition. In the end, the authorities issued a Pattadar flake in 2020.
The petitioner’s advisor stated that four private individuals who agreed to the Kandukur division officer received land on their names online. Manual records, however, remained on the name of the petitioner, the Council pointed out. Using documents generated by the fraudulent mutations of countries, private persons sold out to soil 34 leaders of IAS and IPS officers, said the petitioner.
He stated that he filed a request to the State Government to form an Inquiry Commission on fraudulent sale of land, but did not respond to the authorities. The advisor informed the bench that in HC there is another proposal for fraudulent sale of Bhodonan land in Maleshwaram Mandal. The Justice CV Baskar Reddy has already ordered the revenue and department of the registration so that in this written proposal it does not allow any other transactions on the land.
Justice Lakshman ordered the register to mark both requests and postpone the matter until July 28.
