
The High Court in Kerala described the act of another CEO (ADGP) Ajith Kumar, who traveled last week in the police tractor from Pampa to Sabarimal Sannidhanam.
R. Jayakrishhnan, the special Commissioner of Sabarimala, reported that the officer explicitly violated the directive not to allow persons to use tractors for the transport of goods to Sannidhanam.
The officer and his security officer joined the police tractor Keral, directed by Vivek, the driver of the Thiruval Police Station, from Chelikuzhi Bhagom (first curve) 12 July and continued to Cheripukada Bhagom near Sannidhanam and returned the next day in the same vehicle.
The court noted that the officer passed the route to the CCTV area and the rest of the section by a tractor. Restrictions on the use of tractors in the corridor were stored after the tractors were powered by a rash and negligence along the crowded trekking road to the temple, the divisional bench of Judge Anil K. Narendran and S. Muralee Krishna said while progressing Suo Motu.
The prosecutor’s government said that the head of the state police had sought out Mr. Ajith Kumar’s explanation in the incident. The Court granted the government time to file an affidavit and published a case on 4 August.
Meanwhile, the Pampa police registered the case against the driver on Wednesday for the vehicle to ruthlessly operated and threatened public security by transporting several individuals in goods. However, the company did not mention the name of Mr. Ajith Kumar, raised criticism and raised questions about responsibility.
