Many educated unemployed graduates were convinced to impose a large amount of money with confidence in the profession for teachers.
The Madurai bench in the Madras High Court ordered the CB-CID to book school education authorities that allegedly adhered to confidence in the cheating of educated unemployed youth by promising them well-paid government teaching jobs.
The case of the prosecution was that the confidence of Aadhava students Welfare, registered with the Sub register in Kayalpatinam in the district of thoothuku, entered my educational officers to sponsor educational initiatives. Many educated unemployed graduates were convinced to impose a large amount of money with confidence in the exchange of jobs for teachers and other meetings in government schools. They were promised to pay monthly salary and other benefits.
The trust also accepted agents who received commissions based on the number of people who were convinced to put money. Trust provided salaries (returns) to those who have saved money for some time and then cheated. Trust entered Mous in 18 districts and several complaints were filed in various districts. All complaints were handed over to a branch of crimes in thoothuku at the place of jurisdiction. A statement of victims has been recorded. The court heard proposals concerning the case.
Justice B. Pugalendhi stated that the trust had submitted to school bodies looking for permission to provide infrastructure facilities, to appoint special teachers, etc. in government schools throughout the state. It was ordered to consider the Commissioner and the Joint Director of School Education. Orders were received by officers at the level of the district, who allowed trust not only to carry out infrastructure work, but also to teachers’ training, subject to certain conditions.
The court noted that in Tamil Nadu the appointment of teachers was carried out by the Teacher Recruitment Council, the government body. However, the creation of confidence was committed by fraud, so it looked as if the perpetrators were providing teaching work in government schools. The authorization seems to have been granted blind or non -bothering in the performance of teachers, in addition to carrying out infrastructure work or social works in schools. On the basis of permission, Trust prompted people and appointed them to function as teachers in government schools. This would not be possible without a secret agreement of school authorities, the court said.
The case was converted to CB-CID, Chennai. The offense was originally reported in 2023, but the CB-CID has only realized it now. Therefore, the agency was expected to continue the investigation without further delay, the court said.
