On Thursday, the Theangana High Court issued a notice to top officials of various departments of state and central governments at a dose of three pet petitions that questioned the allocation of 400 acres of land adjacent to the University of Hyderabad in Kancha Gachibowli in Hyderabad, Telangana State Infrastructure Corporation.
The bench of the reigning chief judge Sujoy Paul and the judiciary Renuka Yara, who heard the requests the next day, instructed the highest officials of different wings of governments to respond to the announcement by lodging their respective statement. The previous day the bench heard a claim about the Radce of two petitioners – Vata Foundation Enc and K. Babu Rao – gave the interim order that “no destruction, no trees”.
The fresh and third request for a saw submitted by HCU students who tried to cancel the GO 54 concerning land allocation was marked with other pleas. Head advisor S. Niranjan Reddy representing Mr. Rao told the bench that the authorities continued to fall trees and equalization work on the ground floor, although on Wednesday on Wednesday the HC did not do.
He also informed the bench that the Supreme Court had already taken the knowledge of the matter and ordered the state government to stop all the works in the country immediately. He told the bench that the HCU student was detained by the Rajendranagar police in Cyberabad when he tried to record video trees that were cut and continue working to balance the terrain in that country.
The head of the Supreme Court’s legal advisor ABHISHEK SINGHVI, who appeared for the state government in the virtual regime, said the petitioners are trying to limit the proposed infrastructure project for the development of IT sector by filing Presbus. If the proposed infrastructure for the IT sector on 400 acres of land materialized, it would create an investment in a melody of 50,000 crore and create five jobs. Over the past 20 years, no petitioner has raised any objections when the land adjacent to HCU was sold out or assigned to private entities, he said. Based on the allocation of the countries, no protests were carried out to private parties, he said.
