On Sunday, the Idukki District Administration announced a project to ensure higher education of financially backward students of the district who completed SSLC and two classes. The project entitled “Humanization of Happiness” is a spiritual child of the district collector V. Vigneshwari.
The aim of the project is to provide financial assistance to students who need it. Mrs. Vigneshwari said the project would be implemented through sponsorship. Students who require financial support to monitor further education can apply to idukki.nic.in. “The District Administration will verify the eligibility of students through the affected villages. On the basis of a report from village officers, candidates will be selected,” she said.
“Through the project, the public can connect to hand to ensure future education of students. People who are interested in providing sponsorship can register through IDUKKI.NIC.IN and the district administration will appeal.

According to officials, communication between sponsors and students will be directly monitored by a collector. “The District Administration will contact the head of the ministry’s selected students to collect details, including fees to rely on sponsors. To ensure complete transparency in financial transactions, it will be opened under the names of the collector, sponsor, director of the educational institution and student.
