Former Pakistani fast pitching shoaib Akhtar is disappointed by Suryakumar Yadav after the Indian captain shakes his hands with his opposition counterpart Salman Agha. The visibly frustrated Akhtar continued to boast after India defeated Pakistan by 7 goals and called the Indian captain for his actions outside the playground. Then he justified the decision of Salman Agha skip the ceremony after the match.
Shoaib, when he spoke on the Pakistanian media channel Tapmad, said it was skiliff to see how with Suryakumar Yadav not shake hands with Captain Pakistan Salman Agha. Sury’s gesture, or its lack, meant that Salman Agha jumped the ceremony before the match, which is considered a routine in the cricket world. Salman also did not appear at a press conference.
“I’m not talking. It’s daunting, I don’t know what to say. Hats from India, well done. But don’t do it politically. This is a cricket match. We said good things about you, just do a handshake, it’s a cricket game.
“Trying the hand. Don’t do it political. Salman Agha did the right thing by not going to the ceremony after the match. Okay,” Akhtar added.

Suryakumar explains Handshake Snub
The captain of India Suryakumar Yadav justified his actions after the game.
“Our government and BCCi, we were aligned together. We came here, we called.
“Few things in life are in front of the spirit of the athlete. We are standing with all the victims of the terrorist attack of Pahalgam and standing with their families. As I said, we devote this victory to our brave armed forces attended by Sindoor Operations,” Suryakumar added.

At the press conference, head coach Pakistan Mike Hesson expressed his disappointment over the screenplay and said that Pakistani players were ready to shake their hands with the Indian team.
“Look – we were obviously ready to shake our hands at the end of the game. We were disappointed that our opponents did not do the same.
“It was a unsatisfactory way to end the match – not only because of that, but also because we were disappointed by the way we played. That means we were absolutely willing to shake our hands,” Hesson added.
After yesterday’s event, Pakistan allegedly launched a formal protest against Andy Pycroft. Pakistani team manager claimed that Pycroft recommended Salman Agha in throwing so that Suryakumar Yadav did not shake his hands.
