The Apex Body Apex (Lab) and Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA), headed by the Movement for Constitutional Guarantees in Ladak, caused the proposed interviews with officials of the Ministry of the Interior (MHA) in Delhi 30 September.
Cherring Dorjay Lakruk, a co-founder of the laboratory, said that the government and part of the media have made an unfounded accusation called Ladakhis “anti-national people”, accusing them of “foreign elements” and for “connection with Pakistan”.
After the MHA laboratory announcement, she stated in a statement that the government was always open for Ladakh dialogue with laboratories and KDA “whenever”.
“We would continue to welcome a discussion with the laboratory and KDA through a high -performance committee (HPC) on Ladakh or any such platform,” the statement said.
Laboratory members claim that the lack of obligation by the government to conduct a court investigation of the death of four people in a police event during the 24th September protests in the light City was the main reason for the decision.
