
Ukrainian President Volodymyr strongly criticized the US for what he called a weak reaction to a Russian missile strike, which killed 14 people, including eight children, in his hometown Kryvyi Rih.
“Unfortunately, the reaction of the US embassy is surprisingly disappointing – such a strong country, such strong people and yet such a weak reaction,” Zelsky said in post X.
“They are even afraid to say the word” Russian “when talking about a rocket that murdered children.”
“We have to push Russia”
He stressed greenishly that permanent peace does not pass through silence or diplomacy himself.
“Yes, the war must end. But to end it, we must not be afraid to say things by their names,” he said. “We have to push Russia – one who decided to kill the children instead of choosing a ceasefire.”
“There must be other sanctions against those who cannot exist without ballistic strikes on their neighboring nation.”
Eight children among the dead in Kryvyi rih
A missile attack on Kryva Rih killed a total of 14 people, including eight children. Zelena in his statement mourned young victims named.

Strike hit Residential Street, playground
He described the rocket impact zone as a normal civilian area, far from any military targets.
“The rocket hit directly on an ordinary street with residential buildings, playgrounds, shops and restaurants around,” he said.
A total of 62 people were injured, including 12 children. “Doctors do everything possible to save lives,” he added.
DRONA attacks during the rescue efforts
In another aggressiveness, Zelsky said that Russia has launched a drone in the ongoing rescue efforts in Kryvyi Rih.
“The Russians launched an attack against Kryva Rih during the rescue operation yesterday – at the time of such grief for people. Seven people injured the drone attack. One person was killed,” he said.
“There is simply no deeper level of cynicism, villas or hatred of people than what Russia embodies today.”
Requires a stronger global reaction
He urged the international community to respond to every Russian attack.
“It is critically important not to let this Russian strike to civilians, the city – every such strike – without reaction from the world.”
He expressed gratitude to European leaders and diplomats for their support. “I would like to thank the high representative of the European Union for foreign affairs and security policy for its position and support,” he said, and also named the Czech Republic, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Austria and embassies from Japan, Great Britain, Switzerland and Germany.
Appeal for air defense systems
The Ukrainian leader repeated the need for his country to reinforced the abilities of air defense, especially from the United States.
“We discussed this, especially with the US site, additional air defense systems that are resisted against exactly these types of missile attacks,” he said.
“We rely on our agreements with the President of the United States who have promised to help find more patriots.”

Final Report: “Eternal Memory”
He enclosed homage to the victims and a renewed reason for unity against aggression.
“Eternal memory to all our people whose lives were carried out by Russian strikes,” he said.
“Only through the strength and coordinated actions with partners can stop killing, save the lives of children and establish permanent peace.”
