GRAP cars, vehicle restrictions: Types, checklist before traveling to the office – what is prohibited; what is allowed | Today’s news

Restrictions have been imposed in Delhi since November 1 under the revised Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP). Once the GRAP rules go into effect, here’s your checklist before heading into the office:

1. Work from home: Check if your office offers hybrid mode or work from home.

Under the GRAP rules, government and private offices will be required to limit physical attendance to 50 percent from November 1 to January 31, with the remaining employees working from home. Basic and emergency services will be exempted as per prescribed norms.

2. Change Office Timings: Check your office’s punch-in and punch-out timings

In an effort to reduce traffic congestion, Municipal Corporation of Delhi offices will function from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, while government offices in Delhi will function from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
