United stays on five free seats of Panchayats in the Chamarajanagar district, which take place on May 11, were postponed by 15 days.
The State Election Commission was connected by a calendar of the elections for elections to the Singanapura headquarters at Kempanapura Gram Panchayat, the Codagapura seat in Somahali Gram Panchayat, T. Hosur Attikhane seat in PG Palya Gram Panchayat and Gorasane (MM) Hills (MM) (MM).
Deputy Commissioner Chamarajanagar Shilpa Nag said he released the seats in five general practitioners for various reasons. The byelines were postponed by 15 days, she added.
SEC said it had received a lawsuit from the main secretary and representatives of the commissioners of several districts looking for the postponement of election elections with regard to the law and order and other questions. Therefore, orders were postponed for 15 days, said on Monday the commission signed by the State Election Commission.
Putting proper seats on five gram Panchayat in Chamarajanagar comes as a result of a model code of behavior that encounters a cabinet meeting that will take place at the top of MM Hills on Thursday.
According to the calendar of the events of 11 May by the Bypolly, the code would trip from 22 April and remain in force until 14 May. The GP seats for which they were scheduled included a place in MM Hills Gram Panchayat, where a cabinet meeting was scheduled.
Deputy Commissioner Chamarajanagar wrote SEC and sought clarification of this matter.
SEC has now postponed the elections by 15 days, which eliminated confusion.
