
On Tuesday, the Supreme Court ruled that fresh law graduates could not appear in the trial of court services and order at least three years of legal practice for candidates related to basic positions.

The bench, including the chief judge Bravai and justice Augustine George Masih reaffirmed the importance of exposing the courtroom for future judges.
“The appointment of fresh rights graduates has led to several difficulties, as several high courts noted. Practical experience in court is necessary to ensure judicial effectiveness and competence,” CJI said, pronounced the judgment.
The bench stated that at least three years of legal practice is mandatory for performances in the trial of the Judgment Services for the basic level, which are the cadre of the lower division.

CJI stated that allowing direct access to the judiciary, which allows direct access to the judiciary, has brought practical calls on how it is reflected in the reports submitted by the various highest courts.
