The TELANGANY government has decided to strengthen the survey, settlement and land department and approximately 5,000 licensed inspectors in terms of land dispute settlement, which will not manage long and offer improved services to people, especially farmers in land.
According to the Minister for Income, Housing and Public Relations Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, those interested in land survey and planning would receive a license from the government from the government obliged to apply for training by 17 May so that the ministry could provide them with training. The current availability of 402 inspectors would not be enough to implement the goals of the new Land Administration Act.
He stated that the role of the survey wing would be essential in implementing the BHU Bharati law, which the government brought, because it was mandatory to attach the soil map together with the registration documents within the land registration process. The government also planned to occupy vacancies of inspectors within the department together with the issuing of licenses to private inspectors after proper training.
The government also planned to procure and use modern land research tools – equipment used for land exploration, said the Minister at the survey, settlement and land departments that take place here on Friday.
Applicants for training and license of land inspectors would have to have at least a temporary qualification with 60% stamps and mathematics as one of the entities or those who have completed the petitioners (civilian) from ITIS (industrial training), diploma (civilian), B. Tech (civilian) or other equivalent qualifications.
The training fee for candidates for non -sustained categories would be 10,000 ₹, followed by 5,000 GBP for back -class candidates and 2,500 GBP for those for SC and ST categories. Those selected for training would have training in all district headquarters for 50 working days at the Academy of Telangana for information and land management.
The meeting was attended by the main secretary (income) Navin Mittal, Commissioner for Exploration, Settlement and Land Jyoti Buddha Prakash, CCLA project director M. Makarand and others.
