As part of the Swiar Andhra – Swachh Andhra initiative, the main Minister N. Chandrababu Naida will present the Swachhata Awards, in Tummalapli Calakakshater in Vijayawadu 6th October 2025 (Monday).
Prices are recognized for excellent performance by institutions, individuals and government authorities in achieving the goals of Swachh Andhra.
In total, 69 state prizes will be presented in 21 categories. 1,257 awards will be awarded at the district level. Categories include Swachh, Swachh Gram Panchayats, SWACHH School, Swachh Hospital, SWACHH, Swachh Rythu Bazaars, Swachh Bus Stations and SwachHh Industries.
For the urban corporation, Tadipatri, Bobbili, Palamaner, Attakur and Kuppam, six municipalities for state awards were selected, Mangalagiri-Tadepalli. Similarly, six gram Panchayats – Chowduvada (Anakapalli), RL Puram (Prakasam), Lolla (Konaseema), Challapalli (Krishna), Chennur (Kadapa) and Kanamakulapalli (Chittoor).
The staff of sanitates, green ambassadors and self -help groups will also be honored for their contribution to the cleanliness movement across the state.
