The absence of the CEO of the full -time (CEO) on the Board of the TELANK WAQF (TGSWB) Board of Directors raised concerns about activists, a elected member and politics over the functioning of the Panel of Muslim Foundations.
Then the CEO Mohammed Assadullah was recently repatriated to his parental department after the case at the Supreme Court in the Theangana, after which the government order (GO) was issued in this sense.
AMJEJ KHAN, spokesman Majlis Bachao Tehreek, said the absence of the CEO had posted a blow to the daily work of TGSWB, including major functions of enforcement and protection.
He tried to know the position of the Congress Government in Telangana, which, on the one hand, was in the foreground against the WAQF Change Act in Parliament, against the law. “It is as if the act was implemented in Telangana, which is shocking,” he said. The leader of the Osman Al Hajiri, who worked on the protection of WAQF, raised similar concerns.
Meanwhile, TGSWB member Syed Abul Fateh Bandagi Badesha Quadri also detained that the act “was gradually and quietly performed” in the state. He said that the role of the CEO included convening meetings of the Board of Directors, taking steps to protect WAQF real estate and solving intervention by involving income officials and police. He also stated that TGSWB was struggling with a number of cases in courts, including those in the court, the High Court in the Theangana and the Supreme Court.
