On Thursday, the government approved the Crore 36 GBP for the establishment of the AP Center for Energy and Cyber Resilience (APCECR) in Amaravati in cooperation with the World Economic Forum (WeF) under its center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR).
The Chief Secretary of K. Vijayanand on the road (World Championship 59) said the government decided to establish an APCEC with a long -term vision to build a state as a global innovation center, clean energy and responsible digital transformation.
The APCEC will be the first thematic center C4IR in India with dual-focus-Energy and Green Industry, for which the state government will cooperate with the WEF energy and materials center and digital transformation and cyber safety with the support for Cyber Security of WeF.
The aim of the APCEC is to manage sustainable industrial transformation and cyber resistance, attract investment in green energy, AI and digital infrastructure and institutionalize AP participation in international policy and innovation forums.
It Will Be EstabLied Initially at A Place Decided by the Energy Department in Vijayawad / Amaravati with the Ministry of For ite MD of Ap-Transco as the ex officio Director, and Principal Secretary (ITE & C), AP Economic Development Board CEO, MDS of New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of AP, AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation and AP Services and Industry and Academy.
APCECR will perform various activities, including pilot projects in clean fuels, intelligent networks, cyber policy frames, talent development in cyber security and AI applications, and facilitates the involvement of AP with global stakeholders through the WeF platform.
The energy department was intended as a node ward for coordination, implementation and management of APCEC and is entitled to enter a formal memorandum with WeF on behalf of the government.
