The government invited the owners of the GRAMA Panchayat in Nilambur Taluk to submit their land for sale of their land within the Land Bank system, which will be used for tribal rehabilitation.
The government is looking for a land for rehabilitation of tribes from Narangapoyil and Thandankal Hamlets. Those who want to sell their land can log in by September 9th.
The country should be habitable and should have access to drinking water, road and electricity. It should also be exempt from any legal problems or obligations. Those interested in selling their land should apply to the district collector, who is also chairman of the tribal rehabilitation mission (TDM).
Those who own up to one acre can log in. They should attach copies of the document, tax acceptance, land sketches, ownership certificates, possession certificates, location certificate, non -use certificate and legal control certificate. They should also provide the expected sales rate.
Landowners can get more information from the offices of the district collector, a project official of the district tribe and an officer of the district tribe.
