In a series of rapid development, the state government on Friday canceled the order of appointment Manjunath Dombar under the Commissioner of the Municipal Commissioner Hubballi Dharwad instead of Rudish Ghali, who was transferred on Wednesday as another commissioner of school education and literary Dharwad.
The order of the HDMC Commissioner Rudresh Ghali came on Wednesday, while he was busy with participation in the inspection meeting on the rain damage with the local MLA Prasad Abbayya and deputy commissioner Dharwad Divya Prabhu Grj and other officials. He was transferred as another commissioner of school education and literacy in Dharwad instead of Sarojini Shintri, which was transferred.
Mr. Rudresh Ghali took the lead as a Hubbali commissioner Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) in January 2025, instead of being the ISWAR Ullagaddi, which was actually converted after the fight for one and a half years, which remained unanswered.
Mr. Ghali’s sudden transmission just after five and a half months raised many eyebrows again. In fact, on Thursday, members of the HDMC Contractors Association even organized a protest condemning sudden and frequent transfers of commissioners.
Interestingly, the government issued an order for the appointment of Manjunath Dombar, the head of the KAS as the Commissioner, and even welcomed by Hubballi Dharwad West Mla Arvind Bellad.
And on Friday, the government issued an order to cancel the transfer order of 19 June “for administrative reasons”.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ghali, who is to pass the accusation, continued his post. According to reliable sources, its earlier transmission order is also probably abolished for “administrative reasons” as another commissioner of school education.
