The leader Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and former IPS RS Poen Kumar officer claimed that the Congress Government was doing serious injustice to students Dalit (planned caste) who secured the seats in technical courses by paying them full fees.
Mr. Poe Kumar said on Friday that this was happening to Dalit’s students, despite the presence of the Deputy Minister Malla Bhatti Vikramarka in the government, G. Prasad Kumar as a spokesman for the Assembly and Mallikarjun Kharge as President AICC.
So far, the government has returned tuition and SC students ‘maintenance fee, but since this year they have been forced to pay a complete fee, as new instructions issued by the government state that the amount of fees will be credited to the students’ bank accounts.
As a result, many SC students who secured the EAPTE ranks and secured the chairs at universities were forced to pay full management fees at university, denying acceptance for non -payment of full fee. Previously, universities used admission without requesting any SC students, because they would later receive it as a compensation for a government fee.
He tried to know from the Congress Government if he was planning students SC students refused professional educational courses because of their inability to pay full fees on their own. He also asked why such instructions were issued only for SC students, when other reserved categories received reception in a process that has been in fashion all the time.
