Lord Govindaraja released a majestic ride on the lion in the morning and was on Wednesday as part of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavam as part of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavam.
On the third day of the nine -day annual festival, the procedural idol was mounted on “Simha Vahanam”, a heavenly carrier reminiscent of a lion, and made four streets surrounding the temple.
Cultural ensembles showed colorful dance concerts and performed parodies from various mythological episodes. Some artists portrayed the role of “Narasimha”, half -luette of half human incarnation Lord Vishnu.
In the evening, the idol sat on “Muthyapu Pandiri Vahanam”, a pearl canopy and carried around the temple.
Tirumala Tirupati Senior and Junior Pope Pedda Jeeyangar Swamy and Chinna Jeeyangar Swamy, Deputy Executive Director of TTD V. Shanti and assistant Executive Director Munikrishn Reddy led the parade.
