Ajay Kumar Bhall’s governor on Sunday (June 8, 2025) organized a meeting with a revision with higher officials as a result of violent protests throughout the state for arresting Outfit leaders Meitei.
The statement of Raj Bhavan said the governor also fulfilled the delegation of the MLA, who approved Bhall in the State of the current law and order.
“Governor organized an appointment with a security review with higher administrative and security officials. During the meeting, a comprehensive discussion and review of various matters concerning the current situation in law and order in the state were considered,” he said.
During the meeting, a security advisor, police official, commissioner (home), secretary of the Governor, another CEO (Law and Order), General Inspector, General Inspector, CRPF and other higher officials were present during the meeting.
“Today, the Governor of Governor Ajay Kumar Bhall in Raj Bhavan, during which the MLA approved the Governor of the Contemporary Law and Order in the State and asked for his intervention to help find a friendly solution,” said Raj Bhavan.
The governor told the delegation that all “necessary steps are taken to solve worries and restore normal,” she said.
The protests took place on Saturday (June 7, 2025) at night for the arrest of Meitei Arambai Tengol leaders, which caused the administration to impose extinction orders and suspend internet services in five Imphal Valley districts.
The legislature of BJP K. Ibomcha, who was part of the delegation, said after a meeting that in connection with earlier incidents of violence that was arrested since Saturday (June 7, 2025) in connection with earlier incidents of violence that caused extensive protests in the northeast state (June 7, 2025).
Among the five arrested people, one was arrested by CBI, he said.
