
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Alelekar and leader of the opposition VD Satheesan on Wednesday extended the day of independence day.
In his message to the public on the eve of 79. Independence on Thursday, Mr. Pinaraya said it was an opportunity to explore whether the constant attempts to promote municipal polarization distract from the main issues are suitable for a nation with a high democratic culture.
“Freedom That We Have Achieved Is the Result of the Indian People Overcoming All Social and Communal Difference and Uniting in the National Movement. Nationalism, which is Based on Secularism, Communal Amity and Coexistenance and Create Division Among the People.
Mr. Vijayan said that the nation’s builders have entrusted us the obligation to transform India into a country with better life conditions for which people should work.
Mr. Alekar said that as citizens of the world’s largest democracy in the world, it is our duty to appreciate our freedom and equality by following democratic values and ensuring more dignity for our colleagues.
It is an opportunity to give up our respectful honor to countless patriots and freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. In memory of their highest victims and efforts, let us edit to the goal of standing Bharat blessed with greater development, incorporation and self -confidence, said Mr. Alelekar.
Satheesan shared his greetings of independence on the day of independence and said that thousands of freedom fighters, acquaintances and unknown, deprived the blood so that the Earth could gain independence. Secularism and socialism were the slogans they raised. The Independence Day was a reminder of every responsibility for observing the values they fought for, he said.
