Governor Bihar Arif Mohammad Khan on Saturday (June 7, 2025) visited the coaching institute of the popular teacher Khan Sir in Patna on the occasion of Eid-Al-A. “Khan Sir”, whose full name is Faizal Khan, operates the Khan GS Research Center in the city.
“I saw on YouTube” Khan Sir “… This young man is doing a great job and so much blessing has to pour him out of the hearts of poor students who can’t afford fees. All my thanks and good wishes after his visit to create more students like those who serve companies,” Khan said. “One day I will also come to communicate with my students at the Institute,” he added, remembering how a poor student recently approached him after securing government work.

Mr. Khan, who recently hosted a wedding reception with which several important personalities of the city participated, said:
“Every festival should be celebrated with love,” the governor said during his interaction.
Governor and Mr. Khan also discussed the recent case of rape and death of a smaller girl in Muzaffarpur. “I talked to the governor about it … Such people (allegedly rapists) should be boycotted, but what do you expect if even the rapists get good lawyers in the country?
Earlier, as a result of the incident in July 2024 in Delhi, where several students died in the flooded basement of the IAS coaching center, in August conducted a survey of the district administration in Patna. The Khan GS Research Center was among those who were marked as a violation. “The number of students at the coaching institute exceeded the available space,” said District Judge Shrikant Kundlik Khandelkar, adding that within the Bihar coaching institute (control and regulation) of the standard, “it was a breach of the standard.”
